As a keen rugby player myself I fully understand the physical requirements of sports and how important it is to be physically prepared for competition. It is often the case that the team and individuals who are stronger, faster and fitter than their opposition will prevail in a match.

I am able to create individual or team exercise programmes covering different periods in the season (pre-season, competition build up, in-season training and post competition rehabilitation), all aimed at reaching the pinnacle of your ability.*
